Yes — interior plastering and exterior rendering are both core parts of what we do, along with dry lining and screeding.
How long does a room take to plaster?
A single skimmed room usually takes a day to plaster, plus drying time before decorating. Larger jobs, full re-plasters or rendering work will take longer — we'll give you a proper timescale once we've seen the job.
Do I need to move furniture out of the room?
Ideally yes, or at least move it into the centre of the room and cover it. We'll always dust-sheet the floor and skirting boards before starting.
How soon can a freshly plastered wall be painted?
Generally allow about a week per coat of plaster to dry properly before painting with a proper mist coat, though this varies with room temperature and ventilation. We'll advise on timing for your specific job.
Do you repair render as well as install it?
Yes, we patch and repair damaged or cracked render as well as fitting new render systems.
